The African Canvas Memory Quilt© series began when I made an African Coin Quilt for myself. I decided to add memorabilia from my life, and I named it From Africa to Atlanta By Way of Arkansas. One thing led to another and before I knew it, I had a series.

There will be 100 quilts in the series when the series is complete. Each quilt is unique and is signed, numbered and dated. Most of the quilts have been gifts, but others have been sold or donated to help worthy causes. The owners of the quilts are encouraged to add memorabilia from their own lives to make their quilt even more unique.

When available, quilts in this collection are sold on the ETSY web site, a site for handcrafted goods. Visit the studio at www.ovbrant.etsy.com.

I hope you enjoy viewing the quilts.
